As a continuation of the Urban Massing Model, the design proposes an urban environment that addresses a healthy and athletic lifestyle.

The constructed landscape and architecture function simultaneously so as to create a built environment that resolves pre-existing and new conditions from the urban to the human scale.

The site develops on a south facing slope so as to address the local sun path. The proposed athletic, residential and commercial programs promote a healthy active lifestyle that complement the neighboring context.

Architecture serves as the mediator between scales; its language generates moments that resolve particular conditions. The exterior folds into interior spaces, blending the thresholds between public spaces, while still providing privacy to selected programs. Simultaneously, the landscape weaves in between the built environment and becomes a quintessential element in the overall design.
